How to remove terminal users
This article covers how to remove terminal users from a Poynt Smart Terminal.
To remove terminal users, complete the following:
1. Navigate to the Poynt Merchant portal.
2. Click SIGN IN.
3. Enter your email address and password, and click Sign in.
4. Click Business > Terminal users.
5. Click the Terminate user icon next to the user you would like to remove.
6. Click OK.
Note: You cannot delete a user if they are logged in. You cannot delete your last user.
